Operations Support Clerk

Springhill Infrastructure Limited has an opening for a fulltime Operations Support Clerk based in Fredericton, NB at our base of operations.

Springhill Infrastructure Limited is a member of the Springhill Group of companies which include Springhill Construction Limited, Springhill Equipment Limited and YardChoice Inc. The Springhill Group is based in Fredericton. The companies operate commercial rock quarries throughout the Province of New Brunswick, build and pave highways and are involved in the construction of larger commercial and institutional buildings.

As an Operations Support Clerk you will mainly be responsible for collecting, processing and verifying receipts, expenditures, employee time and other documents. Other responsibilities include parts ordering for Springhill Equipment, limited supervision of 2-3 sales operations and misc. day-to-day tasks.

- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.

- Possess a Class 5 drivers’ licence or higher.

- Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.

- Knowledge of heavy equipment and parts considered an asset.

- Bilingualism would be considered an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

- Collect and organize packing slips, receipts and sales tickets daily.

- Collect and process employee time and expenses weekly.

- Order parts as requested.

- Management of stockroom, ordering and picking up supplies.

- Communicate with and supervise 2-3 sales operations located within our base of operations.

- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
