Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Orthodontic Assistant to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will work directly with the orthodontist to deliver exceptional patient care, support clinical procedures, and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and orthodontic procedures.
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Take X-rays, digital scans, and patient records as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment progress, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming, supportive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA and infection control protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and other office tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages.
- Ability to thrive in a team-focused, patient-centered environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
