Chiropractor (Part-Time) — Hourly + Bonuses

Location:** San Leandro, CA Starting Pay: $40/hour, plus performance bonuses (referrals, patient care quality)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Chiropractor to handle 6-10 treatment hours per week with additional administrative hours as needed. Initial hours will be Mondays, 1 PM - 6:30 PM, with potential to cover additional days based on availability and need. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right fit.

Key Details:

- Flexible Hours: Mondays, 1 PM - 6:30 PM; potential for additional days as needed; weekends off

- Patient Care Only: No spinal screenings required—your focus is solely on quality patient treatment

- Tools & Support: Access to soft tissue instruments and a trained support team to enhance care quality

Requirements:

- Licensed DC with full-spine adjustment experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

- Dedication to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer chiropractic adjustments and therapies, including trigger point therapy and pain management techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness strategies and preventive care practices.
