Part Time Night Auditor

Responsibilities will include:

* Reconciliation of the day's receipts, processing and balancing of cash and credit card transactions.

* Registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival and departure, to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

* Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.

* Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.

* Understand and be fully versed on hotel brand, standards, procedures, and guest confidentiality.

* Proactive and resourceful individuals who can identify and resolve guests challenges in a timely manner.

*Candidate must be able to communicate all pertinent information to the incoming team via daily report.

Requirements:

* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Professional appearance.

* Guest services driven.

* Schedule flexibility with the willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.

* At least 1 year of hotel experience in a Guests Services role, preferably at a 4+ diamond/luxury property.

* Prefer Night Audit experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
