- ︎ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties, including authorizing visitors, accepting deliveries, arranging outgoing mail and shipments, sorting and distributing mail/packages, answering and routing calls, and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and equipment, coordinate company events and gatherings, support internal communications, and handle various administrative tasks.
- Process payments and prepare fixed-format documents, invoices, and internal management materials using Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
- ︎ The Right Candidate Will Possess:
- At least one (1) year of experience in business administration, office operations, reception, payment processing, or document preparation.
- Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, management, and internal team members.
- The ability to understand requests accurately, provide timely support, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset focused on process improvement while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- ︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with management, colleagues, and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to learn new processes and systems.
