Paving Crew Member / General Laborer

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail to join us for the 2026 season (April–Nov) and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

• Groundwork: Assit with performance of essential paving tasks including shoveling, raking, tamping, and site prep.
• Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, greasing, and fueling of equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Safety: Assist the Foreman in maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient job site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work in all weather conditions.
• Proactive Initiative: You understand your role and take the lead on your tasks. We are looking for a teammate who sees what needs to be done next and does it without needing constant supervision.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in use of technology, willing to learn and adapt
• Driver’s License: Valid G License with a clean abstract (Required).
• Assets: Experience operating an asphalt roller, floating heavy equipment, or holding a Commercial License (DZ, AR, AZ) is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule & Pay:

• Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Year-round opportunities available for the right candidate).
• Pay: $24.00–$35.00+ per hour (Depending on skill level).
• Hours: Monday-Friday 10 hrs per day
