As our P&C Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping people strategies that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, and a high-performing culture across our AsPac operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help create scalable people solutions that strengthen capability, support transformation, and ensure our teams feel supported to do their best work. You’ll join a collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas, leadership, and expertise will make a genuine impact.

As a P&C Manager in the ASPAC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Leading strategic people initiatives aligned to business priorities
• Driving organisational design and cultural transformation programs
• Developing leadership capability and succession planning strategies
• Guiding complex employee and industrial relations matters
• Enhancing workforce planning through HR insights and analytics
• Coaching and mentoring HR Business Partners and team members

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Experience leading HR strategy within complex or large-scale organisations
• Experience in the disability industry, or non-for-profit/government space would be highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
• Knowledge of industrial relations, Fair Work legislation, and compliance
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
• Confidence managing complex employee relations matters in unionised environments
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field
