Personal Assistant

We are a boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Personal Assistant who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Directors
• Improving on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
• Assist in HR related matters
• Ensure business operations are in line with Statutory regulations
• Generate detailed reports and business data through various key platforms
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible
