About Team

The role is a part of the Fintech team. This team is responsible for launching India’s first fashion centric online co-brand credit card with Kotak.The co-branded Kotak Myntra Credit Card will empower the fashion conscious consumers to unlock great value on their savings through unlimited transactions. The Myntra Kotak co brand card adds to the overall strategic objectives of Myntra and is a consumer facing financial product that is here to stay.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced TPM to join our team. The TPM will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of CBC projects while ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role :

Project Planning: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and other external teams to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and priorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery and team efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).

Desired Skill Set

  • Preferred to have experience in the e-commerce/banking/Fintech industry.
  • Good product knowledge, a problem solver who is proactive
  • Self-driven with great sense of ownership
