Physical Therapist

We are looking for passionate Licensed Physical Therapists who want to build a career in the fast-growing world of recovery stretching, mobility, wellness, and performance care.

This is not your usual clinic role.

At our company you will work with active professionals, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and everyday clients who want to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, recover from workouts, and move pain-free. You will use your PT background to deliver safe, professional, and personalized assisted stretching sessions in a modern recovery studio environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct client mobility, flexibility, posture, and movement assessments.
• Create personalized recovery stretching plans based on client needs and goals.
• Perform safe and effective one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, muscle recovery, posture, and movement quality.
• Educate clients on stretching habits, recovery routines, mobility exercises, and body awareness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust stretching programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate client notes and session records.
• Deliver a premium, friendly, and professional client experience every session.
• Support client retention through excellent care, follow-ups, and program recommendations.
• Participate in team training, wellness events, demos, and brand activities when needed.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
