Payrate: $35 - $40/hr (Depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a per diem (PRN) position at a skilled nursing facility in Gloucester, MA. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are looking for flexible scheduling and enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality care outcomes
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Required Requirements:

• Active and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
