Job Description

• Strategic sourcing and negotiating competitive pricing and service options for Air Conditioning, IT Supplies, Pantry Supplies, and other designated items.
• Vendor Management and Accreditation
• Procurement Cash Fund Management
• Document Management
• Supplier Warranty Claims Management

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
• For full-time employment.

• With experience in canvassing and procurement procedures
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Coordinating Skills
• Proficient in using SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
