De scription de poste :

• The Product Management Manager is responsible for managing the Product Development Process (PDP) for Sun Life’s operations in the Philippines. To achieve this objective, he will manage the delivery of all requirements of the PDP within timelines and ensures all product development activities by all functions involved, in all lines of business are effectively managed throughout the process. He/She shall make process improvement recommendations and ensures that functions involved with product development work effectively within the PDP such that all new products are developed and launched with maximum effectiveness and speed-to-market.

• Senior level knowledge of product development and thorough understanding of product development process in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong project management skills, consulting skills and detail oriented mind-set
• Good presentation, communication and reporting skills
• Knowledge of product development process and risk management tools
• Proven track record for working independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management or proven track record in managing projects end to end successfully
• Minimum 8 years of prior working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product development.
