Print Machine produces high-quality branded apparel using embroidery, screen printing, and digital methods across both long-run and quick-turn environments.

We’re looking for an experienced Embroidery & Digital Operator to lead embroidery production and manage digital output workflows.

What This Role Looks Like

You’ll take ownership of embroidery and digital production—keeping jobs organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.

You’ll work across both our Production Shop (longer-run orders) and Print Bar (fast-turn, short-run jobs), balancing multiple workflows throughout the day.

You’ll be part of a 3-person production team:

• Screen Print Operator
• Embroidery & Digital Operator (you)
• Shop Hand

Everything we produce runs through this team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Embroidery & Digital (Your Focus)

• Operate embroidery machines and prep garments (hooping, placement)
• Run sample sew-outs to confirm quality and accuracy
• Manage digital output (DTF, DTG, Large Format, Dye Sub)
• Organize and assign outputs to the correct workflow

Team Production

• Review and verify production files before output
• Collaborate with Customer Service & Design to clarify files and job details
• Flag issues early to ensure accuracy before production begins
• Assign and route jobs between Print Bar and Production Shop workflows
• Support screen printing when needed
• Inspect finished goods for quality
• Update job progress in Shopworks

Shop Flow & Teamwork

• Coordinate daily workload with the Screen Print Operator
• Help direct and support the Shop Hand
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and production-ready
• Participate in quick daily team check-ins

Equipment & Maintenance

• Perform maintenance on embroidery and digital equipment
• Support overall production equipment upkeep
• Help maintain an efficient, organized shop

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with embroidery and/or digital printing methods
• Strong attention to detail (placement, stitching, output quality)
• Comfortable reviewing artwork and production files before output
• Ability to manage multiple workflows at once
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable
