Job Title: Production Manager

About the Company:

We're leading fashion brand seeking a Production Manager to lead all development and production activities. You'll work closely with our design team and factories to bring each collection to life, from first sample to final shipment.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of sample development and production.
• Send tech packs and sample requests to factories.
• Manage Vendor sourcing, costing, and price negotiation.
• Create and maintain weekly WIP reports and T&A calindars.
• Manage styles and data in ERP system.
• Review samples and communicate comments/revision with factories.
• Coordinate sales person samples, POs,trims, and production materials.
• Collaborate closely with the design department to ensure timely execution.

What You Bring:

• 2+ year of experience fashion production and development.
• Experience in menswear/ street-wear is a major plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel.
• Familiarity Brandboom is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organise and proactive.
