Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead supervisors, line managers and production staffs
- Ensure discipline, productivity, training and performance management
- Work closely with the maintenance, warehouse, QA, Supply Chain on the readiness of equipment, and availability of raw material.
- Proactively escalate risks affecting commissary supply and product quality.
Qualifications:
- With experience in high-volume commissary or food manufacturing
- Hands-on accountable leader
- Able to to manage large scale operations
- With strong leadership & decision making
- Data-driven, detail-oriented & results focused
Work Location: In person
