Job Summary

We are hiring Molding Associates to support production operations in our manufacturing facility. This role includes operating molding and trimming equipment, loading materials, inspecting parts, and recording production data.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing position with overtime opportunities and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding, oven, and trim equipment
• Load and unload production materials
• Inspect parts for quality defects
• Package finished products
• Enter production information into the Plex system
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
