Production Team Members (2nd And 3rd Shift)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Team Members to join our manufacturing facility on 2nd and 3rd shift. This role involves working and supporting various production processes to ensure efficient operation. Candidates with factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices for assembly and maintenance tasks
• Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery, including forklift operation when necessary
• Perform quality checks on products and components throughout the production process
• Support inventory management by moving materials within the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Experience operating forklifts and power hand tools is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly processes
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Prior experience with manufacturing or assembly tasks will be considered an asset

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
