Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (base wage + performance incentives)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

As our Project Manager - Estimator, you'll help bring new projects to our company and help prospective clients see the value we can provide them. Highly attentive to detail, you'll read construction drawings and technical documents to prepare takeoffs, accurate cost estimates, and packages to submit to the client. Thinking analytically, you'll deliver competitive proposals to secure more business and drive revenue for the company.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Some training, experience, or familiarity with construction
• Honest, reliable work ethic and an open mind for learning more
• Self-starter, low maintenance, "can-do" mentality
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to complete high-quality work independently and without supervision
• Valid driver's license
• Legal U.S. residency and fluent English communication skills
• Desire for a permanent, full-time position
• PREFERRED - Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
