Project Sales Coordinator

We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator – Real Estate Marketing

Are you an energetic, organized, and resourceful individual with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to help lead our sales efforts and ensure our team is hitting their targets. Key Responsibilities:

-Assist Sales Agents – Handle client inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and provide key information to help close deals.
-Sales Support – Send property computations, prepare reports, and manage all aspects of administrative support to agents.
-Coordinate with Developers – Work closely with partner developers to manage listings, updates, and smooth transaction processes.
- Marketing & Content Creation – Plan and assist with creating social media content, videos, and marketing campaigns for property promotion.
-Recruit & Train Sales Team – Lead recruitment efforts, conduct training sessions, and continuously motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
-Monitor Sales Activities – Track and follow up on sales activities, ensuring team members stay on track to meet individual and team sales targets.
-Public Speaking & Team Engagement – Engage with the sales team, deliver motivational presentations, and foster a culture of collaboration and success.

What We’re Looking For:

-Excellent Communication Skills – Strong public speaking ability and the confidence to train, lead, and support our sales team.
-Sales and Marketing Savvy – Experience in real estate marketing, social media management, and content creation (video editing skills a plus!).
-Leadership Qualities – Ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent while ensuring ongoing success and development of the team.
-Highly Organized – Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle various administrative and marketing tasks.
-Results-Oriented – A driven individual who is passionate about helping the sales team achieve their targets and exceed expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Location:

  • San Fernando, Pampanga (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
