Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposal and cost estimation for tender projects
• Estimate project quantities and costs in the preparation of major tenders in a timely and cost effective basis such as to take-off HVAC equipment, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, preparation of BOQ, costing, valve selection
• Assist the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical matters and costing matters during the process of securing the contracts
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and consolidate all estimating activities
• Interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works and etc
• Follows all relevant tendering / proposals policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in ACMV / BMS in building sector preferred
