Position Overview

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide medication management and psychiatric evaluation services for a diverse outpatient population.

This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy while working within a supportive, team-based setting.

Experience or interest in TMS certification (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with therapists and care team for coordinated treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in case consultation as appropriate

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or willingness to become certified
• Background in outpatient behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with Medicaid/OHP and commercial insurance

Qualifications

• Active Oregon licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Board certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
