Public Affairs Intern

Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented Public Affairs Intern to be part of our Global Public Affairs (GPA) team. You will be responsible for supporting the Global Public Affairs team, based in the Americas region as they work on formulating, organizing, executing and communicating public policy programs, initiatives and positions to support the business, as well as provide thought leadership across a range of issues, including sustainability, technology, entertainment (video games), and international trade. You will work in a fast paced, global business environment. Having a collaborative and inquisitive attitude is key, along with a passion for technology and its impact on users and society. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are crucial for supporting GPA and other direct colleagues, and therefore success in this role. The internship will be for a period of three (3) to six (6) months starting July 2024, but is negotiable. We provide interns with a competitive monthly remuneration. This role is based in our Washington Office. Requirements: Role & Responsibilities

• Support the team in drafting and preparing materials for stakeholder engagement and campaigns, such as talking points, leave behinds, briefing documents and research materials;
• Assist in the smooth execution of events and/or campaigns;
• Help to manage PA agencies;
• Develop new ideas and plans for stakeholder engagement.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
