Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc. in partnership with Zagu/Spencer Foods Corp. is in need of:

Purchasing Staff

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4 years business course

- With experience in the same field/role

- With good communication skills

- Must be computer proficient

- Hardworking, Trustworthy and Optimistic

- Detail oriented and organize

- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig City

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Researching potential suppliers, negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to secure the best value.
• Order Processing: Preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring all specifications and budget approvals are met.
• Inventory Monitoring: Tracking stock levels, forecasting supply needs, and reordering materials to prevent shortages.
• Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Coordinating with delivery teams and warehouses to track shipments and resolve issues with delayed or damaged goods.
• Record Keeping & Billing: Maintaining accurate records of orders, contracts, and supplier files; reviewing and verifying invoices before forwarding them to the finance department
