Quality Assurance Officer

Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards.

Job Duties

• Assist in every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation
• Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical
• Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials ? Check & verify all Outbound deliveries
• Check & record noted Non-Conformity
• Conduct training's and performs audit

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or other related science courses
• 1 year experience in the same field and level of expertise
• Experience in food safety audit function
• Experience in implementing quality standards in the same industry
• Organizational competencies: planning, problem solving & analysis, decision making, managing relations, people development
• Functional competencies: quality, sanitation & safety orientation; Total quality Management, auditing process and standards, laboratory skills, technical training
• Willing to work on a 6-day work week schedule (Shifting)
