Recruitment Associate - Project Based (Tarlac | Onsite)

As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled End-to-End Recruitment Specialist to help us attract top-tier talent and build strong, scalable teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across multiple BPO roles (CSR, TSR, Team Leaders, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit
• Coordinate and schedule final interviews with stakeholders
• Prepare job offers, conduct background checks, and support new hire onboarding
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment marketing efforts to build talent pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment strategies and tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for talent acquisition
