Isabella Ink LLC Concierge Behavioral Therapy is seeking an exceptional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized support for young adult women with autism and developmental disabilities.

This is not a traditional ABA position. We are a boutique concierge behavioral therapy practice that intentionally maintains a limited caseload to provide highly personalized, relationship-centered services. Our approach prioritizes client assent, quality of life, meaningful community engagement, independence, and lasting outcomes.

Position Overview

The RBT will provide one-on-one support within the home and community while collaborating closely with supervising clinicians and family members. Responsibilities include implementing individualized support plans, promoting communication and independence, supporting daily living skills, facilitating community engagement, and helping clients achieve meaningful personal goals.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking a more personalized and rewarding approach to behavioral support.

Responsibilities

· Implement individualized behavioral and support plans

· Support communication, self-advocacy, social engagement, and independence

· Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and life-skills development

· Support daily living and independent living goals

· Collect and document behavioral data accurately using electronic systems

· Collaborate closely with supervising BCBA and family members

· Maintain a safe, positive, respectful, and empowering environment

· Provide exceptional concierge-level support tailored to each client’s unique needs

· Promote meaningful participation in home, community, and recreational settings

Required Qualifications

· Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

· Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

· Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

· Ability to work independently and professionally within family homes

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

· Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity

· Commitment to dignity-centered, person-focused support

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Services, Social Work, Education, or a related field

· Master’s degree candidates or professionals pursuing advanced clinical training are encouraged to apply

· 5–10+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

· Experience supporting adolescents and young adult women

· Experience with AAC devices and communication systems

· Experience supporting non-speaking or minimally verbal individuals

· Community integration and independent living skills experience

· CPR and First Aid certification

· Experience in private-pay, concierge healthcare, luxury service environments, or family-centered service models

· Experience supporting high-net-worth families and maintaining the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

Schedule

· Part-time and full-time opportunities available

· Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability

Compensation & Benefits

· $35.00–$40.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
