Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking for a long-term position in a family practice with a well-established patient base? Dr. Alan Heit opened the practice in 1985 and Dr. Jessica Heit has been running the practice since 2012. We have beeb serving several generations of patients and they feel like friends and family. Heit Family Dentistry is excited to welcome a new Dental Hygienist to our growing team as our Hygienist of over 25 years is retiring. • Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental care to patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and treatment plans. Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride application and SDF application
• Full hour for your treatment; doctor complete exam before or after your appointment in a separate room. Our assistant takes x-rays and we rarely request x-rays from the hygienist.
• Maintain a clean and organized hygiene area, following all safety and sterilization protocols.
• Build lasting patient relationships by creating a welcoming and comfortable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in California
• Experience in a dental practice (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Passion for preventative care and patient wellness.
• A team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail.
