About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys behind-the-scenes work supporting clinical operations. Your main focus will be on documentation, chart review, quality assurance, and communication with providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and complete clinical documentation in the EMR
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on patient charts
• Report clinical findings and documentation concerns to the MD or care team
• Check and respond to emails and internal communications
• Track and follow up on pending items or documentation gaps
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation protocols and Medicare standards
• Assist with chart preparation and support virtual visit documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in your home state (multi-state license preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with clinical documentation or QA focus
• Proficient with EMR systems and strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must have a reliable home computer setup with webcam, headset, and high-speed internet
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in chart audits, quality improvement, or clinical documentation review
• Prior work in telehealth or remote administrative nursing roles
• BSN or higher degree in nursing

Competitive, based on experience and hours
