Registered Nurse – IV Infusion Clinic (Weekly Casual Opportunities)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN or LPN depending on scope and experience) to support a growing private infusion and regenerative medicine clinic in Abbotsford. This role is ideal for a nurse comfortable with IV starts, patient monitoring, and working in a fast-paced but supportive procedural environment.

Clinic days are currently focused on IV iron infusions, injections, and regenerative medicine procedures, with potential for expanded services over time. Scheduling is flexible and based on mutual availability, with opportunities for ongoing recurring shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IV insertions and venipuncture confidently and efficiently
• Initiate and monitor IV iron infusions
• Monitor patients during and after infusions for reactions or complications
• Perform vitals, patient assessments, education, and post-infusion care
• Assist with injections and regenerative medicine procedures as needed (training provided where applicable)
• Support clinic flow, room turnover, documentation, and patient experience
• Maintain infection prevention, sterility, and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with physician and clinic staff in a team-based environment

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing with BCCNM
• Strong IV insertion and blood draw skills (essential)
• Comfortable working independently within scope
• Professional, calm, organized, and patient-centered
• Comfortable in a private clinic/procedural setting
• Available for occasional or recurring Friday or Saturday shifts

Nice to Have:

• Experience with infusion clinics, IV iron, or procedural medicine
• Experience managing infusion reactions or monitoring IV therapies
• Interest in regenerative medicine, longevity, or procedural-based care
• Experience using EMRs/private clinic workflows

• Flexible casual scheduling based on nurse availability
• Typical clinic days range from approximately 5 hours
• All clinic-specific protocols and workflows provided on-site
