Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our in home care team.

It will be you 1 on 1 with the most adorable patient.

**$500 bonus for anyone actively able to start within the next week and commit to 10 weekday shifts for the month of July.**

Now Hiring: RN for Pediatric Home Care – Snellville, GA

Location: Gwinnett County, GA

Schedule: 7AM-5 (Mondays are required)

EMIC Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for an 8-year-old child in Gwinnett who is wheelchair-bound and requires total assistance. The child weighs approximately 95 pounds, so applicants must be comfortable with physical lifting and mobility support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
  • Assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and repositioning
  • Monitor health status and administer medications as needed
  • Support respiratory or other specialized care as applicable
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia RN (required)
  • Pediatric and/or home care experience preferred
  • Physically capable of lifting and supporting a 90 lb child
  • Caring, reliable, and professional demeanor

Duties

  • Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding disease management and wellness.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and document findings accurately in patient records.
  • Participate in long-term care management for patient with chronic conditions.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Pay: $54.00 - $59.00 per hour
