Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care and telemetry nursing, demonstrating exceptional patient assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs, interpreting telemetry data to identify potential complications.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
