Regulatory Compliance Officer

Ensure Business Compliance Across a Growing Retail Network

Prince Retail Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure timely compliance with government regulations, permits, licenses, and reporting requirements across our stores, warehouses, and corporate offices nationwide.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Philippine taxation, business permits, regulatory filings, and government compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports and filings.
• Manage and process applications, renewals, amendments, and closures of permits and licenses.
• Coordinate with government agencies including BIR, SEC, LGUs, PhilGEPS, and other regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate business permit and BIR registration requirements for new store openings.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure all regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized compliance records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, and office personnel regarding compliance requirements.
• Support compliance initiatives and other regulatory-related projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, permits and licensing, taxation, or corporate compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC, and LGU compliance.
• Experience processing permits, licenses, and government registrations.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in retail, multi-site operations, or corporate compliance is an advantage.
