Role Overview

3D Enterprises LLC is hiring remote Customer Support Representatives to handle inbound service calls across multiple programs. This role involves assisting customers with scheduling, account support, service inquiries, and urgent requests depending on the program assigned.

You may support services such as transportation coordination, account registration assistance, or emergency roadside support. All roles focus on delivering fast, accurate, and professional customer service.

Pay

$10.00 – $12.50 per hour (based on program and performance)
Additional performance-based bonuses available

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats, and/or emails from customers
• Assist with scheduling, account setup, and general service inquiries
• Provide real-time support for active service requests
• Handle urgent situations such as service delays or assistance requests
• Dispatch or coordinate services when required
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear resolutions
• Accurately document all interactions in system tools
• Follow all procedures, workflows, and compliance requirements

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, customer-focused support environment
• Some programs involve high-volume calls and time-sensitive situations
• Must remain professional and composed under pressure
• Work may include a mix of phone, chat, and email support

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Comfortable handling urgent or high-stress customer interactions
• Windows 11 computer (fully updated)
• Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Webcam required for training/certification
• Must pass background check and ID verification
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum availability requirements vary by program
• Some roles require weekend hours
• Consistent availability is required once scheduled
