Resident Engineer, Mechanical And Electrical

Our client is seeking a Resident Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical to support the site supervisory requirements of their exclusive project. The selected candidate should have the following expertise:

• shall have experience in solving site clashes/problem with regards to M&E and other disciplines.

• shall have experience in closing All RFA/RFI and outstanding works, As-build drawings

• verify progress payment claims, all other claims and reports submitted by the contractors;

• assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/nearby construction sites and report to the respective project consultants, supervising Qualified Persons

• liaise with the contractors on the defect rectification works, track and monitor the progress and ensure that all defects are satisfactory rectified

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore; and

• Possess at least 8 years of relevant and practical experience on site;
