Job Opportunity: Experienced Waiter/Waitress for Sri Lankan Fusion Restaurant

Our Sri Lankan fusion restaurant, 'Pearl by P&D', is seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a strong background in this field of work, looking for part-time/full-time work, and can positively contribute to our workplace.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant (ie. not fast food)

- Availability on minimum Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- Valid RSA required. Strong knowledge of alcohol, wine and beverage service will be highly regarded and may be a key factor in the selection process.

- Experience in 'à la carte' styled restaurants is necessary.

- Intermediate knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

- Reasonably knowledgeable in Sri Lankan Cuisine.

- Experience making coffee is recommended (ie. latte art).

Pay: $24.00 – $33.00 per hour
