- Lead and manage overall fast food restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and timely resolution of operational issues
- Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations
- Oversee food preparation and service operations, ensuring consistency with standard recipes, portion control, speed of service, and quality standards
- Drive business performance by managing daily sales, labour, and food costs, analysing performance trends, and implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly service and handling customer feedback and complaints effectively
- Manage manpower and scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support peak periods and maintain productivity
- Oversee inventory and cost control, ensuring accurate stock management, proper storage, and minimisation of wastage
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
- Build and lead a high-performing team by coaching staff, driving engagement, and fostering a service-oriented culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong operational and team management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of cost control, staffing, and outlet performance metrics
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
