- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise all restaurant personnel, including kitchen, dining, cashier, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and government requirements.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Actively engage with guests, receive feedback, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Promote and market the restaurant, its products, services, events, and promotions to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offerings while encouraging and training staff to do the same.
- Be knowledgeable in restaurant operations, hospitality standards, food and beverage trends, and market conditions.
- Assist in front-of-house operations, including serving guests when necessary to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules, attendance, leave requests, and manpower allocation.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Enforce company policies and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage, handling, issuance, and control of stocks.
- Verify deliveries and ensure all purchases are supported by approved Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
- Prevent inventory losses, spoilage, wastage, pilferage, and unauthorized purchases.
- Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, petty cash, deposits, and cashier accountability.
- Review daily sales, operational, and financial reports and report significant findings to Management.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Accounting, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor operating costs and recommend cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures.
- Ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational.
- Handle operational issues, emergencies, customer incidents, and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and implement marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives approved by Management.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, workplace safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and achieve sales, profitability, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly management reports covering sales performance, profitability, customer traffic, inventory status and variances, labor and manpower, employee performance, customer feedback and complaints, operational issues encountered, maintenance concerns, marketing initiatives, action plans undertaken, and recommendations for continuous operational improvement.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
