What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service from the moment they are seated until they leave. You'll guide guests through our menu, recommend food and beverage pairings, ensure smooth service flow, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service following our Dining Steps of Service.
• Welcome guests warmly and build genuine connections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, cocktails, wines, and daily specials with confidence.
• Upsell thoughtfully through pairings, enhancements, and premium selections.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bartenders, runners, and hosts to ensure timely service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
• Conduct guest satisfaction checks and promptly resolve concerns.
• Process bills accurately and coordinate with the cashier when needed.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of food, beverages, ingredients, and allergens.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

• College graduate (Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or premium hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Experience serving foreign or international guests is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
