Restaurant Supervisor/Bar Supervisor

Immediate Supervisor: Restaurant Manager

Major Functions:

Responsible for prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests serving food and beverage, train and supervisor restaurant staff, create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times, handle paperwork and other administrative duties, maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary, ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees.

Essential Functions:

The Columbus Marriott Northwest is currently seeking a restaurant and bar supervisor. This position will assist the F&B Management Team in overseeing the day to day operations of the following food & beverage outlets...Two Brother Bar & Kitchen, Starbucks, Fresh Bites, and the M Club. This position is full time and is a PM position. Previous food & beverage experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
