Retail Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Shop Sales team. You will be based in our Waterford Store. This role will require someone who is comfortable with clothing retail, experience in merchandising and stock management. You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and processing shop sales.

Your role as Sales Assistant

• To actively promote the Store's high standards of service.
• To maintain standards within the store and have an ability to merchandise and promote the sale of goods by their presentation in store
• To provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries, in-store, on telephone and via email
• Store opening and closing
• Till Management
• Daily cashing up

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in clothing retail is essential
• Work with our Marketing Manager to create content for social platforms to include Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Facebook.
• Be enthusiastic and friendly with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be self-motivated and work on your own initiative
• Be a team player with drive and energy to exceed targets
• Have a keen interest in clothing and a genuine passion for retail
• Have the drive and desire to take ownership of the role
• Be well spoken & take pride in personal appearance
• Available to work full time in Waterford

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €26,500.00-€29,500.00 per year
