Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in retail sales, with 1 – 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Background in sales for farm, agriculture, agribusiness industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
