Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Admissions Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help inspire confidence, answer questions clearly, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages prospective students to pursue their educational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with a passion for education, making a meaningful impact on students’ lives while supporting the institution’s growth.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective students through phone calls, virtual meetings, and tours to promote program offerings and admissions procedures.
  • Conducting follow-ups with current and prospective students/faculty, and producing reports on admissions/sales activities.
  • Provide detailed information about academic programs and the community to assist students in making informed decisions.
  • Conduct public speaking presentations at recruitment events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to attract new applicants.
  • Recruit new students by developing relationships
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all student interactions using CRM software.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with communications with the staff at facilities as it relates to the preparation and technical needs for classes, lessons, workshops, and events.

Skills

  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven recruiting skills with a track record of successful student engagement and enrollment growth.
  • Experience working directly with students in educational settings
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a positive, energetic demeanor.
  • Familiarity with teaching methodologies or experience in academic advising enhances your ability to connect with prospective students effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge in Google Sheets and Google Docs

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
