Job description:
*Help process and submit all requisitions to all departments
· Perform other clerical tasks related to the above.
· Help process and prepare documentation needed for AIS registration.
(Monitoring, Printing and Submission to Accounting Dept.)
· Prepares documentation needed for COS processing.
(PO, Canvass Form and others if needed)
· Help process orders (routing), continue the communication with customer’s requirements and concerns, follow up Procurement and others in the absence of Account Executive.
· Responsible in compiling and forwarding DR/SI original pink copies to Account Executive.
· Help the group update the complete record of transactions.
· Filing/monitoring of pending collections.
· Help the group identify opportunities and contact potential customers.
· Process all incoming orders by preparing and printing required documents.
· Forward order details to Inventory Department and ensure all packaging, documents and
· Provides up to date and complete record of transactions.
· Help monitor stocks and movement of items by submitting a report every two(2) weeks to the immediate supervisor indicating what products are moving, non-moving, what to replenish and what to deplete.
