At Property Rush, we do not just manage properties. We support sales activity, investor communication, and day-to-day execution through disciplined systems and strong follow-through. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales and Operations Support Coordinator to help keep our lead activity, frontline communication, CRM records, and inquiry routing clean, visible, and moving.

This is not a passive support role. We need someone who can handle high-volume communication, support active follow-up, keep systems updated, and make sure opportunities do not get lost in the workflow. You will help protect the business by keeping sales-support and communication execution organized, responsive, and trackable.

What You’ll Do

20% – BIG ROCKS (The Non-Negotiables)

Sales Follow-Up & Lead Support
Help support active outreach and follow-up so warm opportunities do not lose momentum.

RESimpli CRM Accuracy
Keep RESimpli current by entering responsive leads, updating statuses, logging notes, and maintaining next-step visibility.

Main Line Coverage & Inquiry Handling
Answer incoming calls, capture the right details, and route requests correctly so nothing important gets missed.

Inbox Execution (ShowMojo + AppFolio + Shared Channels)
Manage high-volume communication across key inboxes, respond to routine questions, and keep communication backlogs from building silently.

Maintenance Intake & Routing
Receive maintenance-related requests, document them properly, and route them to the right owner.

80% – DAILY & WEEKLY EXECUTION

Lead Tracking:
Keep active lead activity visible and current inside RESimpli and related systems.

Sales Support:
Help maintain timely follow-up and support property-related sales activity so opportunities stay active.

Hot Lead Support:
Surface stronger opportunities quickly when executive follow-up may be needed.

Frontline Communication:
Serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries.

Inquiry Routing:
Direct communication and requests to the correct person or department with clear notes and context.

System Hygiene:
Keep Monday.com, AppFolio, Google Drive, RESimpli, and related systems updated so they reflect the real condition of the workflow.

Daily Visibility:
Help support daily clarity around what is complete, what is pending, what is blocked, and what still needs follow-up.

Cross-Functional Support:
Help with documentation, admin follow-through, and other support tasks that protect responsiveness and execution across the business.

Ongoing Sales and Operations Support

You are the coordination layer that helps the business stay responsive, organized, and easier to scale. Along with the responsibilities above, you’ll help maintain order through:

Lead Visibility:
Track active interest clearly so sales conversations and next steps do not disappear inside inboxes or text threads.

CRM Discipline:
Maintain records in RESimpli that are clear enough for another team member to understand and continue without guesswork.

Inbox Cleanliness:
Keep communication channels current, organized, and easy to work from.

Operational Routing:
Help ensure inbound items such as maintenance issues or general questions are captured and directed correctly.

Daily Follow-Through:
Support a culture where calls are answered, messages are handled, leads are worked, and nothing important sits without visibility.

Note: This role supports execution, communication, and follow-through. Final sales, property, and operational decisions remain with leadership and the appropriate department owners.

You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in sales support, admin support, operations support, lead generation, lead follow-up, or property support
  • Are highly organized and detail-focused
  • Can handle high-volume communication without dropping details
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Are comfortable working in CRMs and operational systems
  • Can shift between sales-support work and operational routing without losing structure
  • Take pride in responsiveness, follow-through, and clean execution

Bonus Points: Proficiency in Dialpad, ShowMojo, AppFolio, Monday.com, Google Drive, Google Sheets, GetResponse, or RESimpli.
