AshNet is a New Zealand internet and hosting provider offering fibre broadband, cloud PBX, hosting, and business connectivity solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Calling Representative to help grow our customer base by contacting potential customers, following up on enquiries, and explaining the benefits of AshNet services.

The role includes:

• Making outbound sales calls to potential customers


• Following up on leads and customer enquiries


• Explaining AshNet fibre broadband plans, pricing, and benefits


• Promoting services such as home internet, business internet, hosting, and Cloud PBX


• Answering basic customer questions in a clear and professional way


• Recording call notes, customer interest, and follow-up actions


• Booking call-backs or passing strong leads to the sales/support team


• Helping convert interested customers into AshNet clients

The ideal person will have:

• Good English communication skills


• Confidence speaking with customers by phone


• A friendly, professional, and persuasive manner


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to follow a calling script


• Sales, customer service, or call centre experience preferred, but not required


• Motivation to achieve sales targets

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, can explain services clearly, and is confident asking customers to join AshNet.
