Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our franchise opportunities, converting prospects into partners, and supporting franchise marketing, events, and promotional activities. You will also coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and successful launch of new franchise locations.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Generate and qualify franchise leads.
• Conduct franchise presentation, discovery meetings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate franchise agreements.
• Coordinate with operations for pre-opening, opening, and post-opening support
• Support franchise marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, franchise sales, business development, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and attend franchise events as needed.
