Sales & Marketing Assistant

Pro Quality Cleaning is a commercial cleaning / janitorial company with three branch offices in South Central and Southeastern PA and headquartered in York, PA. We are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Assistant working Part-Time, Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week

This position will work out of our York Corporate Office. Rate of pay is $25/hour with bonus and commission opportunities available. Candidates must have prior successful experience in either sales or marketing.

This position is responsible for supporting outbound marketing efforts, prospect research, and sales support activities. It will also maintain CRM accuracy and RFP responses.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating via phone and email.

Prospect Research & Lead Development

1. Conduct targeted research using multiple platforms (databases, online tools, industry sources, referrals, etc.) to build qualified prospect lists.

2. Identify decision-makers and gather relevant contact information.

3. Continuously refine and update prospect lists to ensure quality and relevance.

CRM & Sales Systems Management

1. Utilize company sales and marketing software to track all prospecting and outreach activities.

2. Enter complete, accurate, and detailed information for all qualified prospects into the CRM.

3. Maintain and update contact records to ensure database integrity.

4. Regularly review database quality and recommend improvements.

Outbound Marketing & Appointment Setting

1. Execute structured outbound email campaigns and telephone outreach.

2. Implement follow-up and nurturing strategies to move prospects through the pipeline.

3. Schedule qualified appointments.

4. Track outreach performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies.
