Sales Supervisor - Ncr

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Interior Designers and Architects are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with strong sales or business development experience are also welcome
• With at least 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related roles
• Experience in the construction, ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, home improvement, or interior design industry is an advantage
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Must be residing within the NCR area
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle (car or motorcycle) is an advantage

Job Description:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key clients within NCR
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings
• Lead and support NCR sales activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Prepare sales reports, account documentation, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient customer support and project execution
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales requirements promptly
• Conduct regular sales updates and meetings with the assigned sales team
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
• Be responsive to client concerns and willing to travel within NCR as required
