Wexford Place is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help ensure our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods are staffed, supported, and positioned to deliver Top in Class care every day.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving scheduling challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting both seniors and the associates who care for them.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for Care Partners and Nursing team members across Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Serve as a key support partner to the Health Services leadership team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with resident move-in paperwork, ongoing documentation, and regulatory records
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate resident and department records
- Support long-term care insurance claims and other resident-related administrative processes
- Maintain departmental supplies and assist with administrative projects
- Help ensure staffing needs are met so residents receive the exceptional care and service they deserve
- Current CNA and/or L1MA Credential
- Strong scheduling, administrative, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with electronic health records; PointClickCare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A positive, service-minded attitude and a genuine passion for serving seniors
